Personal practice of Gravity Stretching

First, you need to learn all the beginner exercises yourself.
Only when you can do them flawlessly yourself will you be able to teach classes.
The Gravity Stretching system includes seven levels, each of which offers a balanced set of exercises for different areas of the body and allows you to progress from simple to more complex.
In the Beginner's Teacher Training Course, you'll thoroughly master the first two levels and get a glimpse of the third.
This is sufficient for teaching group classes for beginners.
Level 1
Arms, shoulders, cervical and thoracic areas.
Initial position: arms are suspended on the ropes while the body lies on the ground. 
Level 2
Legs, lower back, pelvic area, reproductive area.
Initial position: one leg is suspended, the supporting leg is on the ground - standing.

Level 1 of the
Gravity Stretching Course
For the upper body: arms, shoulders, neck, shoulder blades, and spine. Performed in a semi-hanging position with your lower body on the floor.
This is the easiest level of the Basic Course, accessible to all beginners.
Watch the video carefully. Learn the exercises one after another.
Remember the main principles of Andrey Molodtsov's method:
1. Do everything while relaxing;
2. Do all movements or tension only on the EXHALE!
Try to relax as much as possible, listen to your body, and enjoy!
Level 1
Level 2 of the
Basic Gravity Stretching Course
For the lower body: legs, pelvis, lower back, spine. Performed in a semi-hanging position on your legs, with your upper body on the floor.
Easy to perform, accessible to all beginners. Watch the video carefully. Learn the exercises one after another.
Remember the main principles of Andrey Molodtsov's method:
1. Do everything while relaxing;
2. Do all movements or tension only on the EXHALE!
