We use gravity in our practice. This is why all exercises are performed in suspended or half-suspended condition.

All equipment is made of special certified materials with a high level of safety - they can withstand the weight from 800kg to 2500kg. This is 10-30 times the average weight of an adult.
Ropes have saved our lives more than once in the mountains; therefore, we only use special climbing equipment and materials.
Every piece of equipment was developed uniquely by Andrey Molodtsov, therefore it is adjustable for people with different physical level. Suitable for the entire family.

Each set of equipment comes in a comfortable, lightweight sports backpack made from a mash material which ensures the air circulation and lets the equipment to dry faster after each workout.
Perfectly fits in the luggage or can be worn as a separate piece.
For the regular practice it is advisable to equip a home studio. Decide on a suitable space where you would be comfortable to practice. It should preferably be part of the room big enough to place a 2x3m rug and a ceiling at least 2,5 metres high or more.
