What to tell clients in the introduction?

You've probably guessed from the studio's name that we'll be stretching your body here. But why Gravity?
Because we'll be using gravity. This is a practice for the lazy. No need to strain or exert effort. Simply relax, and Gravity will do the rest.

HOMEWORK №1 :

Record your Gravity Stretching presentation on video or audio—how you'll be telling clients, friends, and strangers about what you do.

Be sure to listen to this recording again. If you like, you can re-record and re-listen to it until you like it :).

The Gravity Stretching system includes seven levels, each of which offers a balanced set of exercises for different areas of the body and allows you to progress from simple to more complex.
In the Beginner's Teacher Training Course, you'll thoroughly master the first two levels and get a glimpse of the third.
This is sufficient for teaching group classes for beginners.

Extra sessions

Our followers' favourite exercises, not included in the group class.

We offer them ONLY after the group gravity stretching session,

as the body must be well prepared for maximum safety and effectiveness.

For a private session, all the extra exercises are already included in the program.

Additional exercise Gravity Lifting
Gravity Lifting - this is a special set of exercises for:
  • traction of the cervical and thoracic spine,
  • face contour tightening,
  • normalization of blood supply to the brain, organs of vision, hearing, and respiratory system,
  • activation of brain function, slowing down the aging process.
Try to relax as much as possible, listen to your body, and enjoy!
