Part 1. Introduction. Personal Practice

You'll have to explain Gravity practices to almost every potential client.

Personal practice of Gravity Stretching

First, you need to learn all the beginner exercises yourself.
Only when you can do them flawlessly yourself will you be able to teach classes.
The Gravity Stretching system includes seven levels, each of which offers a balanced set of exercises for different areas of the body and allows you to progress from simple to more complex.
In the Beginner's Teacher Training Course, you'll thoroughly master the first two levels and get a glimpse of the third.
This is sufficient for teaching group classes for beginners.
Level 1
Arms, shoulders, cervical and thoracic areas.
Initial position: arms are suspended on the ropes while the body lies on the ground. 
Level 2
Legs, lower back, pelvic area, reproductive area.
Initial position: one leg is suspended, the supporting leg is on the ground - standing.

Gravity Lifting - this is a special set of exercises for:
  • traction of the cervical and thoracic spine,
  • face contour tightening,
  • normalization of blood supply to the brain, organs of vision, hearing, and respiratory system,
  • activation of brain function, slowing down the aging process.
