I have had spine issues for 10 years in my life. Numerous hernias were diagnosed on my spine. I turned for help and had quite a few physiotherapy sessions, signed up for appointments with health professors in the field. I was considering the surgical intervention but decided to give myself a try before that. This is when I met Andrey. His de-compression method and innovative ideas have given me the healing I could not even dream of. Even if not being completely cured, I experience way less pain and I can walk on my own. This only took 2-3 weeks of practice while Andrey was in Poland.
Before that, I every step I made caused be a lot of pain, I could not walk the stairs. Now I am so much better. All I can say to sum it up – Bravo, Andrey!

I can finally say the words “my back does not hurt”. I was not able to say that since 2014. And that is thanks to the beloved ropes and Andrey’s Gravity practices. Do you need advice?
Me and my wife Zhanna both took a Teacher training course with Andrey Molodtsov. Throughout the duration of the course, we learned so much about the functionality aspects of the human body, he shared experience about the work with clients and gave tips to ensure the client always leaves happy. Birth trauma relief, Teacher training course

I woke up at 4 am today and could not wait to come and see Andrey to share my experience. Gravity practices have become my favourite method of exercises for the past few years mainly because it gave me a whole new meaningful look on myself and the depth of my body.  Yesterday evening I did the exercises for the left leg. Later that night in my dream I felt how my leg is straightening and my muscles, joints and ligaments are healing. I saw the pain and suffering of all my female lineage. My great great grandmothers, my aunts, my sisters – all their suffering. As I released the tension and stretched, I let the pain go. Not just my pain, but the pain of all the women ahead of me. And it felt so good. So blissful.

I came to Bali last year and was introduced to Andrey and his ropes. It was just meant to be. Now I feel amazing. Before it was on rare occasion, now I can say this feeling prevails. I mean truly feel good, good from the inside. This transition happened thanks to the rope practices. When there are any tensions and blocks in our bodies, it becomes way harder to switch to this state of happiness and continuous well-being. Therefore, I am so grateful for Gravity practices and moreover to Andrey, who not just developed the method, but mastered the skill to transfer his passion, his wisdom to every student.

Teacher training course

As most people, I guess I was one of those who always wanted to find a sport to be passionate about, to show up at each session feeling joy rather than obligation.
My search brought me here. I wanted to practice every day! I had to be told to slow down, to take a day off in between sessions. So much time has passed, and my passion has not gone anywhere, I still want to get on the ropes every day. My body has never been so grateful for the amazing feeling and keeps demanding for the next workout. This is so amazing!
When I came to Bali, I knew I wanted to do the Teacher training course with the author of the method Andrey Molodtsov. Now I have my own studio in Kazakhstan.
