Level 1
Arms, shoulders, cervical and thoracic areas.
Initial position: arms are suspended on the ropes while the body lies on the ground.

Legs, lower back, pelvic area, reproductive area.
Initial position: one leg is suspended, the supporting leg is on the ground - standing.

Level 3
Lower and upper parts of the body are engaged for entire body workout. 
Initial position: inverted suspended position, with the spine facing the ground - swinging exercise.

Level 4
Strengthening the back muscles, extra work out for the lower back area, shoulders, sacrum, knees. Revitalising all internal organs with new energy.  
Initial position: inverted suspended position, with the spine facing up.
